We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful residence in a top location. The green and well-kept grounds were a delight, and the private beach just 200m away was a dream. The spacious terrace offered amazing sea views. It was also great to be within walking distance to Villasimius with its many restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Residence Fenicia for a week-long vacation. The hotel's stunning gardens and beautifully landscaped vegetation create a truly idyllic atmosphere. The swimming pool, with its clean and comfortable lounge chairs, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea. The close proximity to the beach, just a short walk away, is another major plus. Our room was well-equipped with a kitchen and had a lovely view from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, although basic, provided everything we needed.
